One bio, three lengths

Conference forms, podcast intros and Slack profiles all want a different size.

Longbiowritingprofile
Write my professional bio at three lengths from the notes below:

1. **One line**, under 20 words, for a Slack or conference badge.
2. **50 words**, third person, for an event programme or speaker page.
3. **150 words**, first person, for my own site or a longer intro.

All three must survive being read aloud. Keep one specific, concrete detail in even the shortest version, because that is what makes a bio memorable. No adjective stacks, no "seasoned", no "thought leader".

Use only facts from my notes. Flag anything you had to leave out of the short versions that I might care about, and tell me which version I should treat as canonical and edit first.

Notes:

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Profiles and bios. The public-facing versions of you: LinkedIn, short bios and written-up portfolio projects.
