Build me a learning roadmap with a real order

Starting a large subject and needing a sequence, not a reading list.

Longroadmapplanning
Build a learning path for the goal below.

Goal:
What I already know:
Time available per week:
How I will know I am done:

Requirements:
1. Order stages by dependency. Each stage must state what earlier stage it needs and why.
2. For each stage: what to learn, roughly how long, and one thing to build or do that proves it stuck. Reading alone does not count.
3. Name what to deliberately skip for now, and when to come back to it.
4. Flag the stage where most people quit, and what makes it hard.
5. Give a checkpoint question per stage that I should be able to answer before moving on.

Be opinionated about the order. Do not hedge with "it depends on your style".

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Planning and retention. Working out the order to learn a subject in, and making it stick once you have.
