Actions only
The fastest useful pass on any set of meeting notes.
Pull the actions out of these notes. Owner, verb-first task, date. Where the owner or date is missing, write [owner unclear] or [no date] rather than guessing.
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Decisions and actions. Pulling what was settled and who owes what out of a set of notes, and catching what was not.
