1. **What they are really hiring for.** Read between the lines: the problem behind the role, and who they probably compare candidates against.
2. **The eight questions most likely to come up**, based on the responsibilities listed. For each, one line on what they are actually testing.
3. **My weak spots.** Given my background below, where is the gap between what they want and what I can evidence? Be blunt. Then a truthful way to address each, without claiming experience I lack.
4. **Three stories I should have ready**, drawn only from my background, and which questions each one covers.
5. **What I should research before the call**, as specific things to look up.

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
