Turn rough notes into STAR answers

You remember the project but cannot tell the story cleanly under pressure.

Turn each set of rough notes below into a STAR answer: Situation, Task, Action, Result.

Rules:
1. Situation and Task together: no more than three sentences. Interviewers care about Action and Result.
2. Action in first person singular. Where my notes say "we", ask me what I personally did rather than assuming.
3. Result must be concrete and must come from my notes. If there is no result in the notes, write **[result missing]** and ask me the specific question that would recover it. Do not estimate or round up on my behalf.
4. Keep each answer under 250 words.

After each, add: the one follow-up question this answer invites, and how I would answer it.

Making it yours

Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
