Prep me for this call in one page
Ten minutes before a call with an account you have not touched in months.
From the account record below, prepare me for a call. Give: who is on the call and what each of them cares about, where we left it last time and who owed whom something, anything open or unresolved, what changed since (renewal, support issues, team changes), the three questions worth asking, and the one topic to avoid or handle carefully. One page. If something important is missing from the record, list it as a question to ask rather than filling the gap. Account:
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Outreach and follow-up. Emails, sequences and call prep written from what the record already tells you.
