Write the lead routing rules
Deciding who gets which lead, including the cases nobody thought about.
Write lead assignment rules for the criteria below. Give the rules in evaluation order, each with its condition and its owner. Then handle the gaps explicitly: no territory match, a country not on the list, an existing account owner already in place, a duplicate of an open lead, and the owner being out of office or deactivated. Every rule set needs a fallback. Say what it is and who monitors it. Criteria:
