Find the accumulated debt in this Salesforce org
An org that has been configured by many hands over several years.
Review the Salesforce configuration below and identify what has accumulated. Look for: fields with almost no populated records, workflows and process builders that should be flows, overlapping automation on the same object, report types nobody uses, picklist values retired in practice but not in configuration, and integration users with broad access. For each: what it costs to keep, the risk in removing it, and how to confirm it is genuinely unused before touching it. Rank by risk of leaving it, not by untidiness. Configuration:
