Below is a set of Salesforce profiles and what each grants. Reorganise it into permission sets.

Produce: the minimum base profile, the permission sets that compose on top of it, which set each current profile maps to, and the permission set groups for common role combinations.

Flag: permissions granted in one profile and not another with no obvious reason, anything that looks copied rather than intended, and access that should be time-limited rather than permanent.

Say which changes are safe to make directly and which need testing with a real user first.
