Notes into four sections
The default pass on notes you took while half-listening.
Turn these notes into four short sections: decided, actions with owner and date, open questions, and anything raised then dropped. Discard discussion that went nowhere. If the meeting produced no decisions at all, make that the first line rather than padding the sections. Notes:
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Decisions and actions. Pulling what was settled and who owes what out of a set of notes, and catching what was not.
