Cook dinner from what is actually here

It is half six, the fridge is a random assortment, and you are not going to the shops.

Here is exactly what I have and how long I have. Give me three options, ranked.

Rank them by: how few extra ingredients they need, then how little washing up they create, then how good they will taste.

For each option give me:
- A name and one line on what it is
- The ingredients used from my list, and anything essential I am missing
- Method in no more than six steps
- Total time and number of pans

Rules:
- Use only what I list, plus salt, pepper, oil, and water. If you need one more thing, say so at the top and mark it as the one shop item.
- Do not suggest anything that needs a cooker appliance I have not mentioned.
- Pick a favourite and say why in one sentence. Do not make me choose between three equal options.

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Cooking from what you have. Dinner out of the fridge as it stands, leftovers to use up, and swaps for the thing you are missing.
