Dinner from what is in the kitchen

Half six, a random fridge, and a deadline for getting food on the table.

Here is what is in the kitchen and how long I have. Give me three dinners, ranked by how few extra ingredients they need, then by how little washing up they create. Six steps maximum each. Assume salt, pepper, oil and water. If one shop item would transform an option, say which. Pick a favourite.

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Cooking from what you have. Dinner out of the fridge as it stands, leftovers to use up, and swaps for the thing you are missing.
