Rewrite the microcopy on this screen

Before shipping a screen where the words started as placeholders you never revisited.

Rewrite every piece of text on this screen so it earns its place.

For each string, in order:
1. Quote the current text.
2. Say what the user is trying to do at that exact moment.
3. Give a rewrite, or say "leave as is" if it is already right.

Rules:
- Lead with the verb the user cares about, not our internal noun.
- Cut any sentence that only tells the user something they can already see.
- No "please", no "simply", no "just", no exclamation marks.
- Keep labels under four words unless clarity genuinely needs more.
- Match the tense and person used elsewhere on the screen, and tell me what that convention appears to be.

Do not rewrite copy that is already clear just to show effort. Mark those lines as fine and move on.
