Turn these bullets into a readable message

You have rough notes and they need to become something a person will read.

Turn the notes below into a message.

Do this:
1. Decide the single point the reader must take away, and open with it.
2. Order everything else by what the reader needs, not by the order I thought of it.
3. Keep bullets only where the content is genuinely a list: options, steps, dates, owners. Turn the rest into sentences.
4. Make every action explicit: who does what, by when. No "we should probably".
5. Close with what I need back, and by when.

Keep the plain, direct tone of the notes. Do not add corporate connective tissue, and do not inflate three bullets into four paragraphs. If the notes are missing something the reader will immediately ask about, list those gaps at the end rather than guessing at them.

Notes:

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Drafts and replies. Turning notes, long drafts and tangled threads into something short enough to read.
