Extract every promise I made
Finding the things you agreed to in passing and never wrote down.
Read the messages below and extract every commitment I made. Include the soft ones — "I'll take a look", "let me find out", "happy to help with that". Those are the ones that go missing. For each: what I committed to, to whom, when, whether a date was attached, and whether anything in the thread suggests it was done. Separate still outstanding from apparently complete. For each outstanding one, give the smallest next action that would discharge it, and mark any I should explicitly withdraw from rather than continue owing. Messages:

- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
