Find the quiet price rises
Services that increased the price in a paragraph at the bottom of an email you did not read.
Find every price change in the emails below — including the ones announced as improvements. For each: service, old price, new price, the increase as a percentage, the date it took effect, and how it was communicated. Note especially any that took effect automatically rather than requiring me to agree. Then: the total annual increase across everything, and which single change costs me the most. Say which were announced clearly and which were buried, because that is worth knowing about a company. Emails:
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Subscriptions and spend. Recurring charges, renewal dates, price rises and the ones you forgot you were paying.
