Paying for things whose only evidence of life is the monthly receipt.

From the emails below, work out which paid services I have stopped actually using.

A service still in use produces more than receipts: order confirmations, activity digests, shipping notices, new-feature mail I would have opened. One producing only a monthly invoice is a candidate.

For each: the service, the cost, the last sign of genuine use, and how confident you are.

Be honest about the limits — an inbox cannot see usage directly, only its traces. Rank by annual cost against confidence, and say which two I should check inside the service before cancelling.

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Subscriptions and spend. Recurring charges, renewal dates, price rises and the ones you forgot you were paying.
