Find services that overlap

Paying for three things that do the same job because each was signed up for at a different time.

Group the paid services below by what they actually do โ€” storage, streaming, music, design tools, VPN, password management, AI assistants.

Where more than one covers the same need: what each costs, what each does that the others do not, and which is the better one to keep.

Be specific about what I would lose by dropping the others โ€” stored files, playlists, a family plan, a grandfathered price. A cheaper subscription is not the better one if switching costs a weekend.

Finish with the single consolidation with the best ratio of money saved to disruption caused.

Services:

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Subscriptions and spend. Recurring charges, renewal dates, price rises and the ones you forgot you were paying.
