Extract only what is relevant to me
A long meeting or thread where three minutes concerned you.
Read the material below and extract only what concerns me and my work. My role and current focus: Produce: 1. **Anything I must act on**, with the deadline. 2. **Anything that changes a plan or assumption I am working from**, with what changed. 3. **Anything where my name was mentioned or my area was discussed**, quoted. 4. **Decisions that affect me but were made without me**, so I know what to raise. 5. **What I can safely ignore**, in one line, so I can trust the filter. Be strict. If something is only tangentially related, leave it out. If nothing is relevant to me, say exactly that rather than manufacturing relevance. Material:
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Summaries and transcripts. Long recordings and calls compressed down, including what a flat summary would hide.
