An itinerary built around my energy, not the map

Planning days you'll actually enjoy instead of a checklist you'll abandon by lunch.

Build me an itinerary that assumes I run out of energy in the afternoon.

Rules:
1. One anchor per day. Everything else is optional and can be dropped without wrecking the day.
2. Assume I am tired by 3pm. Put anything requiring queuing, concentration or a long walk before then.
3. One good meal a day, not three. The other two are whatever is nearby.
4. Build in a genuine gap: a cafe, a park bench, going back to the room. Name where.
5. Never schedule two places more than thirty minutes apart in the same half day.

For each suggestion, mark it as [stable] if it is a place or neighbourhood unlikely to have changed, or [verify] if it depends on opening hours, booking or a seasonal schedule. Do not state prices or hours as fact. Where timing matters, say what I need to look up.

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Shaping the days. Itineraries, arrival days, long routes and work trips paced for how you actually travel.
