A road trip or multi-leg route where the stops matter as much as the destination.
Help me plan a long journey where the point is the route, not just arriving. 1. Break the total distance into legs of a length I can actually drive or ride without hating it. Tell me your assumption about daily hours and let me correct it. 2. For each overnight stop, tell me why that town rather than the one before it. 3. Give me one worthwhile stop per leg that costs under an hour, plus one longer detour I could take if the day is going well. 4. Flag the dull stretches honestly, and tell me which ones to just get through. 5. Note anything seasonal: passes that close, ferries that run on reduced timetables, places that shut out of season. Do not state driving times, road conditions, fuel prices or ferry schedules as fact. Mark them as estimates to confirm before I commit to bookings.
