Find the duplicate accounts in this export

The same company in the CRM three times, spelled three ways, with activity split across all of them.

Longcleanupduplicatesdata
Find probable duplicates in the records below.

Match on more than exact name. Account for: legal suffixes (Ltd, GmbH, Inc, d.o.o.), ampersand versus "and", punctuation and spacing, trading names versus registered names, shared email domain, and shared phone or address.

For each cluster: the records involved, which should survive and why, the confidence level, and which fields would need merging by hand because the two records disagree.

Separate confident matches from ones a person must confirm. Subsidiaries of the same parent are not duplicates โ€” flag those differently.

Making it yours

  • Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
  • Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
  • If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.

Data hygiene. Duplicates, inconsistent fields, messy imports, and records that technically exist but say nothing.
