Turn this into a team update
Notes that need to become a message people will actually read.
Turn these notes into a team chat update under 100 words. Conclusion first. If nothing is needed from the reader, say "no action needed".
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Updates and follow-ups. The message after the meeting: status for a manager, a team update, and chasing what stalled.
