Write the handover note for this account
Passing a customer to someone else without them having to read two years of activity history.
Write a handover note from the account record below. Cover: who the people are and which of them actually decides, what they bought and why, what nearly went wrong and how it was handled, what they have asked for that we have not delivered, renewal date and anything attached to it, and the two things the next owner should not say in the first call. One page. Specific names and dates. Leave out anything you cannot support from the record, and list those as open questions instead. Account:
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
