Set up HubSpot deal stages and their automation
Configuring a HubSpot pipeline, including what should happen automatically at each stage.
Configure the HubSpot pipeline described below. For each stage: the name, the deal probability and whether it should be set manually or by the stage, the observable criteria for entering it, and which properties become required there. Then the automation per stage: what a stage change should create, notify, or update, and what should deliberately not be automated because it needs a person's judgement. Finish with the closed-lost reasons worth recording and why each is actionable. Pipeline:
Making it yours
- Paste your own material where the prompt asks for it. Everything above that line is instruction, not content.
- Delete any rule that does not apply to you. A shorter prompt that fits beats a thorough one that does not.
- If the answer comes back vague, add a line saying what you do not want. Constraints work better than encouragement.
Pipeline and deals. Working out which deals are real, what is actually blocking them, and what to do next week.
